Industrial and Construction
Menomonie Disposal Systems, LLC is equipped to provide industrial sites and construction sites with larger “roll off” containers from twelve cubic yard capacity to thirty yard capacity. This service is provided either as a temporary need or as a long term solution to your waste management requirements.
How To Prepare Trash And Recylables
Trash must be bagged and tied shut. To prevent spillage on heavier items such as pet litter and vacuum container waste please double bag. All trash must be in container no larger than 90 gallons to prevent scattered waste and deter animals.
To avoid delay in pick up always set garbage and recyclables at the curb the night before your scheduled pick up. Although we cannot guarantee a pick up time due to uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic, trash flow and weather, the majority of locations are picked up before noon.
Missed Pick Up
If we miss the pick up in human error we will pick up the excess trash the following scheduled pick up day at no extra charge or if the driver is still in the area we will send him back at no cost.
If the waste is not out when the driver goes through the area there will be a $25.00 fee for the driver to go back to collect the waste the following business day.
Bulk Item Pick Up
If you are going to have excess trash or “bulky items” such as appliances, furniture, or any other large items make sure to call the office at (715) 235-9511 before your pick up day to ensure such items are picked up as there is an additional fee for these items.
Menomonie Disposal Systems, LLC is unable to pick up any yard waste materials such as leave, branches, and grass clippings due to our drop off locations not accepting this type of waste. If you live within city limits of Menomonie the city street department does a spring and fall yard waste cleanup. You can contact the department at (715) 232-2302. Yard waste must be bagged in compostable bags and branches must be bundled no longer than three feet. Waste must be set out the night before pick up days as they start collecting at 7:00 A.M.
You must notify our office in advance by phone (715) 235-9511 when you plan to cancel or transfer services. The account will remain active and any charges posted to the account will be the account holders responsibility until the account is properly closed.
Menomonie Disposal Systems, LLC can and will audit routes at any time to provide the best service possible for all active customers. Only one household per address will be collected. Any combined waste from other locations will not be picked up.
Menomonie Disposal Systems, LLC is not responsible for personal trash cans or lids. Our drivers will always replace cans and lids at the collection site after being emptied. Due to weather and theft we cannot guarantee cans to remain at the location. After being emptied it is best to bring cans back in as soon as possible.
